Terms and Conditions for Photography Lessons with Lighting

1. Training Location
   • Lessons are offered at KJD Photography Studio by default. If training is not held at this studio, the client must provide the exact address of the alternate location.
   • Alternate training locations are subject to approval based on distance and area. Locations outside a 30 km radius of KJD Photography Studio may incur additional travel fees.
2. Travel Costs
   • If the alternate location is approved, travel expenses and time may be charged depending on the distance from KJD Photography Studio.
   • Any additional charges will be communicated in advance and must be agreed upon before scheduling the lesson.
3. Equipment and Setup
   • If training takes place outside KJD Photography Studio, the client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is safe, secure, and suitable for equipment setup.
   • Necessary lighting equipment will be provided by KJD Photography unless otherwise specified.
4. Model Fees
   • If a model is required for the session, an additional fee may be charged to cover the model’s rate for the duration of the lesson.
   • Model fees will be discussed in advance and agreed upon prior to scheduling the lesson.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For rescheduling, availability will be subject to confirmation.
   • In case of cancellations by KJD Photography, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
6. Liability
   • KJD Photography is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or loss at an off-site training location.
   • The client assumes full responsibility for the safety of the provided equipment and all individuals present at the alternate location.
7. Right to Decline Training Requests
   • KJD Photography reserves the right to decline a request for training if the alternate location is deemed unsafe for the equipment, tutor, or trainees.
8. Right of Admission
   • KJD Photography reserves the right of admission to all training sessions. Individuals may be denied participation if their behavior or the conditions at the location pose a risk to the safety and integrity of the session.
