Edits

We’ll cover the essentials with our basic editing package. However, should you have specific requests for adding or removing elements, we’ll handle those at an hourly rate of R 750.00.

How It Works

Here’s a clearer breakdown of how we make the magic happen:

1. Reach Out: Tell us what you need—your name, address, contact info, preferred time and date, property type, and the purpose of the shoot. For instance, “John Smith, a four-bedroom home in Constantia, Cape Town, up for sale. I prefer a Friday afternoon shoot as I’ll be available at home.”

2. Estimate: We’ll provide an estimate encompassing shooting, editing, and travel costs. Our estimates are generally close to the final price, but if you want a fixed budget, we’ll work within those parameters. Billing aligns with the actual time invested in your project.

3. Schedule: Once we agree on the terms, we’ll set a date, weather permitting. We confirm closer to the time, usually a day in advance.

4. The Shoot: We capture the magic, head back to the office, and dive into the editing process.

5. Editing Timeframe: While editing generally takes 1-3 hours, our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Occasionally, due to high demand or other ongoing projects, it might take up to a week. Complex edits like virtual staging or enhancing the visuals may need more time.

6. Delivery: We’ll send the edited photos with a semi-opaque watermark for protection. Simultaneously, an invoice will land in your mailbox. Once settled, the final, watermark-free images will be sent your way.

7. Follow-Up: We might ask for a Google review if you’re inclined, but there’s no pressure whatsoever.
